Mar 14, 2016 Tamil TV actor Sai Prashanth kills self; suicide note found Popular Tamil TV actor Sai Prashanth committed suicide at his residence in Chennai, police said.
Sai Prashanth is a well known serial actor who has also acted in some films too. He entered into the acting field career at a very young age. After completing his tenth standard, he entered into the small screen. Being a native of Bangalore, Sai Prashanth was born on 7th of June 1985. He did his schooling in Padma Seshadhri Bala Bhavan Senior School in Chennai. Sai Prashanth is the only child off spring of his parents. His mother Lalithaa S Subhash is an ex vice-president of BJP unit of the State of Tamilnadu. She is also given the responsibility of one of the members of Censor Board.
Sai Prashanth kickstarted his career profession as a Video Jockey. The famous show Dil Dil Dil Manadhil was anchored by him. Sai Prashanth has acted in various TV Serials and Cinemas. He has participated in many reality shows including the dance shows. He has also anchored some shows on TV. He has acted in the films like Thegidi as Kamala Kannan, Vadacurry as Ravi Shankar, Yennamo Yedho as Brother in law of Gautham Karthik and Mundhinam Paarthene as Dinesh. Currently, he is acting in the film, Aaya Vada Sutta Kadhai directed by Phanindra. Serial actor Manohar also accompanies him in this film. Sai Prashanth has also appeared in various advertisements. He is very talented in making sand art for which he got appreciation in a TV show.

Sai Prashanth is seen doing a different role in Thamarai. He played as the elder son of Varadharajan. His role in this serial is like a cat on the wall; he could not resist his family and could not oppose his wife. This character brought him appreciation from the audiences. Sai Prashanth was also good at mimicking and can mimic Kamal Haasan's voice effectively. Besides this, he is also good in singing.

However, it is reported that both his marriage lives were not very successful. Sai Prashanth committed to suicide by consuming adding poison in his drink on 13th March 2016 in Valasaravakkam, Chennai. His parents tried to contact him but he didn't attend their calls. Later, when people broke open the door of the house in which he was alone, he was found dead. It is reported that Sai Prashanth was suffering from depression. It is also learnt that nothing was going smooth both in his personal and professional life.

He was seen brimming with life in many shows and even in his appearance in Namma Veetu Kalyanam where the celebrity appears with his/her spouse. May his soul Rest in Peace.
